The plaintiff is KATHRYN M. MULLEN, an adult individual residing at 27 Walnut Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 2. The defendant is HAROLD S. IRWIN, III, an adult individual residing at 606 Mooreland Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013. 3. The parties have been residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at least six months prior to the filing of this action in divorce. 4. The parties were married on November 3, 2007, in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. 5. Pursuant to the Divorce Code, Section 3301(c), the plaintiff avers as the grounds upon which this action is based that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken. There have been no prior actions for divorce or annulment between the parties. 6. Neither of the parties are members of the Armed Forces of the United States of America or its Allies. 10 7. The plaintiff avers that she has been advised of the availability of counseling and that she has the right to request that the court require the parties to participate in counseling.
