ORDER
AND NOW, this ~~ ~` day of May, 2009, pursuant to the request of the parties as set forth in
their Stipulated Agreement of Parties executed on May 8 and May 9, 2009, it is Ordered and
Decreed as follows:
1. The Stipulated Agreement of Parties is hereby approved as a reasonable resolution to the
Accounting and Petition for Adjudication and the Objections and New Matters filed in
response thereto, as if a full auditor's hearing had been held with findings of fact and
conclusions of law determined and recommendations made to as to the merits of this matter.
2. The parties shall abide by the Stipulated Agreement of Parties and sign all documents
necessary and contemplated by the said agreement.
3. Provided all terms of the Stipulated Agreement of Parties are met, the Trustee,
Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, shall not be required to file any further
accounting.
4. All other terms of the Stipulated Agreement of Parties are incorporated into this Order by
reference as if fully set forth herein.

5. A copy of the Stipulated Agreement of Parties shall be separately filed and indexed by the
Clerk of the Orphans Court.
