Bink rand Kathleen C. Bink ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 17 Stone Spring Lane Camp Hill, PA 17011 Tax Property Map: 10-20-1846 Parcel No.: 189 unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from January 1, 2006 to April 30, 2009. Said ices were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account the Claimant, which sum of $1,249.40 was duly assessed against the above Owners and beginning January 1, 2006 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipality authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P. S. § 5601, et sea., as supplemented and LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C. and the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P. L. 207, 53 P.
