Mathias Estate. I believe you will find that the Account clearly sets forth all receipts, disbursements and significant transactions of the Estate. Please feel free to contact me, however, should you have any questions. The proposed distributions are set forth at page 7, where you will find your own share stated as either a 1/9 or 1/18 portion of the net distributable estate. You may notice that the shares of the two churches (1/9 each) are larger, which is because their shares must be calculated before the inheritance tax is deducted (as charities, they do not pay any share of the tax). At page 6, you will find my fees stated, as well as the executor's commission claimed by Dr. Compton. My fees were calculated on an hourly basis, and Dr. Compton claims a 5% commission (the similarity between the two figures is merely coincidental). Please note that a reserve of $1,000 is proposed to be retained fo1• additional attorney which may be incurred in wrapping up the estate. Any portion not required for fees will be distributed pro rata after the Account has been confirmed If you have any objections to the Account or proposed schedule of distribution, you must make that know before 9:30 a.m. June 16, when the Court will otherwise confirm the Account, absolutely. Objections may be filed at the Office of the Re;;ister of Wills, Rm. 102, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, PA 17013. Before filing an objection, I would suggest that you make any concerns known to me, so that I may attempt to address them.
