reviewed a copy of the Last Will and Testament of Paul B. Ossoff, who died on 01/06/2008. Furthermore, I hereby
certify that I have examined the Statements of the Estate of Paul B. Ossoff, Deceased, during the period beginning
01/16/2008 and ending on the date set forth below submitted to me by John E. Egan and National City Bank, Co-
Executors, (hereinafter referred to as "The Executors"), and find the same to be correct and true in all respects. Upon

Being in full satisfaction and payment of the 14.2858% [1/7] distributive shaze of residue due me in
accordance with the rules of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators,
and assigns do hereby release The Executors from the necessity of filing a formal account with any Court and further
release said Executors from any and all claims, demands, and courses of action of any kind whatsoever, at law or in
equity arising out of the administration of the Estate of Paul B. Ossoff, Deceased.
In consideration of this distribution made to me, I agree to return all or any part thereof which maybe
determined to have been improperly made or which maybe necessary to discharge my pro-rata share of any liability of
the Estate which I hereafter receive notice of.
