COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff is an adult individual residing at 1348 Boiling Springs Road,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. The Defendant is a non-profit corporation which owns a public swimming
pool located at #2 Mountain Road, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania.
3. The facts and occurrences hereinafter related took place on or about July
28, 2002 on the parking lot of the Boiling Springs Pool Company.
4. At the time and place aforesaid the Plaintiff was the owner of a 1996
Plymouth Voyager which was then and there parked on the Boiling Springs Pool
Company's parking lot
5. At the time and place aforesaid Defendant had allowed a rotten tree to
remain on their property adjacent to the parking lot
6. At the time and place aforesaid Plaintiff heard a loud crash and
proceeded to the parking lot to find a large rotten tree had fallen on top of his vehicle.
7. The aforesaid accident and damages resulting therefrom were caused by
the negligence of the Defendant in that it:
a) failed to maintain its premises;
b) failed to remove a dangerous condition from the premises;
c) allowed a dangerous condition to exist upon the premises; and
d) allowed parking in an unsafe area of the premises.
8. Solely as a result of the Defendant's negligence, the Plaintiff sustained
damages in the amount of SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE and 75/100
($6,555.75) DOLLARS for repair of his vehicle, as well as rental of another vehicle while
repairs were being made.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant in an amount
no in excess of mandatory arbitration limits.

fees or expenses if I do not claim them before a divorce is granted.

I understand that in addition to checking (b) above, I must also file all of my
economic claims with the Prothonotary in writing and serve them on the other party. If I fail
to do so before the date set forth on the Notice of Intention to !Request Divorce Decree, the
divorce decree may be entered without further delay.
