WHEREAS, Scott A. Zook and Constance E. Zook are about to execute contemporaneously
herewith, a contract, with Andrew Olszewski of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, for the demolition of a
building on premises commonly known as 1706 Good Hope Road, Enola, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated , recorded at Deed Book , Page
in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in
Schedule "A" which is incorporated herein and attached hereto.
NOW, , 2002, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), to Contractor paid by Owner,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the land and building by the Contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the materialmen or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the demolition of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.

BEGINNING at A peg-in the center lice of Pennsylvania State 112hway at corner

Lana Farm No. 1; extending thence along the center line of aforesaid RigAray,
North 6 degrees, 30 minutes pest, four bnndred and eight (408) feet to a peg

BEGINNING-at a point in the center line'of the new (relocated) State Highway,
L.R. 21039, at corner of other land of George H. Zook and Grace K. Zook, his
wife; thence along the center line of the nav State Highways L.R. 21039. 1n a
northerly direction by the are of a circle curving to the right,. said circle
having a radius of foiarteen hundred thirty-two and thirty-nine ona-hundradths
(1432.39) feet, the arc distance of five hundred fifty-three and four-tenths
(553.4) feet. more or less, to a point in the center of said State Highway, which
said point is at the intersection of said center line with the center line of
Sierer's Run as relocated after channel change; thence extending along the
center of Sierer's Runs as located after said channel change, North 63 degrees
31 minutes 42 seconds Fast, two hundred eighty-two And fifty-nine one-hunlr dths
(282.59) feet to a point; thence continuing along the center line of said r,
in an Easterly direction by the arc•of a circle curving to the right, said circle)
