LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ELSIE S. LEBO, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executor to pay all of my debts, funeral and administrative expenses as soon
as may be done conveniently after my decease.
2. I authorize and empower my executor to sell any realty owned by me at my death and
not specifically devised herein at either public or private sale, and to give good and sufficient
deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living.
3. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my
husband, William J. Lebo, providing he shall survive me by sixty days.
4. Should the gift in Paragraph No. 3 not take effect, I devise and bequeath all of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate as follows:
(a) I give and bequeath unto my children and grandchildren such tangible
personal property as they may select amicably among themselves, without requiring strict equality
of distribution among them with such distribution to be determined according to the sex, age and
interests of each child or grandchild.
(b) I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate in
seven (7) equal shares with one share going to each child and one share to be divided between the
children of Ronald E. Lebo, the child or children of any other deceased child taking the share their
parem would have taken if living.
5. I nominate and appoint William J. Lebo to be the executor of this my Last Will and
Testamem; he is to serve as such without bond. Should he die before my death, renounce or
refuse to serve for any reason, or die leaving any of my estate unadministered, I nominate and
appoint Betty E. Bistline, Linda Sue Moll and Michael Thomas Lebo, as substitute executors, also
to serve as such without bond, with the same powers as are given herein to my executor.
6. I hereby suggest that my personal representative retain the services of Irwin,
McKnight & Hughes as attorneys in the settlement of my estate.

I, ELSIE S. LEBO, of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking all Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executor to pay all of my debts, funeral and administrative expenses as Soon
as may be done conveniently after my decease.
2. I authorize and empower my executor to sell any realty Owned by me at my death and
not specifically devised herein at either public or Private sale, and to give good and sufficient
deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I could do if living.
3. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my
husband, William j. Lebo, providing he shall survive me by sixty days.
4. Should the gif~ in Paragraph No. 3 not take effect, I devise and bequeath all of my
estate &every nature and wherever situate as follows:
(a) I give and bequeath unto my children and grandchildren such tangible
personal property as they may select amicab!y among themselves, without requiring strict equality
of distribution among them with such distribution to be determined according to the sex, age and
interests of each child or grandchild.
(b)
I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate in
seven (7) equal shares with one share going to each child and one share to be divided between the
children of Ronald E. Lebo, the child or children of any other deceased child taking the share their
parent would have taken if living.
5. I nominate and appoint William J. Lebo to be the executor of this my Last Will and
Testament; he is to serve as such without bond. Should he die before my death, renounce or
refuse to serve for any reason, or die leaving any of my estate unadministered, I nominate and
appoint Betty E. Bistline, Linda Sue Moll and Michael Thomas Lebo, as substitute executors, also
to serve as such without bond, with the same powers as are given herein to my executor.
6. I hereby suggest that my personal representative retain the services of Irwin,
McKnight & Hughes as attorneys in the settlement of my estate.

The 1SI tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed; and not
paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the end of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation
penalty is appealable in the same manner and in the the same tiaa period as you eouId appeal the tax and interest
that has been assessed as indicated on this notice.
Interest is charged beginning with first day of delinquency, or nine (9) months and one (1) day from the date of
death, to the date of payment. Taxes which became delinquent before January 1, 1982 bear interest at the rate of

Estates of decadents dying on ar before December 12, 1982 -- if any future interest in the estate is transferred
in possession or enjoyment to Class B (collateral) beneficiaries of the decedent after the expiration of any estate for
life or for years, the Comaonaaalth hereby expressly reserves the right to appraise and assess transfer Inheritance Taxes
at the iawful Class D (coIlataral) rate on any such future interest.
To fulfill the requirements of Section ZlqO of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act, Act 23 of ZOO0. (72 P.S.
Section 91q0).

A refund of a tax credit, which was not requested on the Tax Return, may be requested by completing an "Application
for Refund of Pennsylvania Inheritance and Estate Tax" (REV-1515). Applications ara available at tho Office
of the Register of gills, any of the 25 Revenue District Offices, or by calling the special Z~-hour
answering service for forms ordering: 1-800-562-2050; services for taxpayers with special hearing and / or
speaking needs: 1-800-~7-3020 (TT only).
Any party in interest not satisfied with the appraisement, allowance, or disallowance of deductions, or assessment
of tax (including discount or interest) as shown on this Notice must object within sixty (60) days of receipt of
this Notice by:
--written protest to the PA Department of Revenue, Board of Appeals, Dept. 281021, Harrisburg, PA 17128-1021,
--election to have the matter determined at audit of the account of the personal representative, OR
--appeal to the Orphans' Court.

If any tax due is paid within three (5) calendar months after the decedant's death, a five percent (SZ) discount cf
the tax paid is alloead.
The 152 tax amnesty non-participation penalty is computed on the total of the tax and interest assessed, and not
paid before January 18, 1996, the first day after the and of the tax amnesty period. This non-participation
penalty is appealable in the same manner and in the the same time period as you would appeal the tax and interest
that has been assessed as indicated on this notice.
Interest is charged beginning with first day of dellnquency, or nine (9) months and one (1) day from the date of
death, to the date of payment. Taxes which became deIinquent before January 1, 1982 bear interest at the rate of
six (62) percent per annum calcuZated at a daily rate of .00016q. A11 taxes which became deZinquent on and after
January 1, 198Z will bear interest at a rata which will vary from calendar year to calendar year with that rata
announced by the PA Department of Revenue. The applicable interest rates for 1982 through ZOOZ are:
