WHEREAS,S&A Custom Built Homes, Inc. entered into a contract with
Vincent D. Mellott and Roc 1 Ann Mellott to
provide materials and/or perform labor necessary for the construction and
erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) anon those certain
pieces or parcels of land situtated in Upper Mifflin Township,
n,mharlanrl County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
6 Meadow Zane, Newville, PA 17242, Upper Mifflin Town ship, Cumberland Co., PA
NOW, THE.YEFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor on
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said:
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a•mechanic's
lien, far work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County
Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements
of Act of Assemble of Pennsylvania, in_such case provided.
