PATTERSON, DECEASED :BEFORE THE REGISTER OF WILLS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA NO 21-09-0096 DECREE OF THE REC~STER AND NOW, this 20th day of May, 2009, having received no response from Frank J. Kempf or Frank J. Kempf, Jr. to the Decree of the Register, dated May 8th, the Register renders the following decision: IT IS DECREED that upon proper filing of a Petition for Probate and Grant of Letters, Letters of Administration c.t.a. shall be issued to Marlin R. McCaleb, Esquire, pursuant to Pa C.S.A. §3155(b)(5) as an other fit person. The Register having found that Petitioners Wallace, although related to the Decedent, had no relationship with her and had met her only once over thirty years ago. Further, in her discretion and in light of testimony provided at the hearing on this matter, the Register believes that a neutral party will best administer this Estate. Accordingly, Marlin R. McCaleb, Esquire, shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the Administration of this Estate according to law.
