On May 4, 2009, the Petitioner, Thomas J. Amy, Executor of the Estate of Thomas E.
O'Donnell, Jr. (the "T. O'Donnell Estate" or "Estate"), filed a Petition with this Court
pursuant to Section 3102 of the PEF and Rule 6.11-2 of the Local Rules of this Court
seeking an order from the Court that: (1) would permit the petitioner to settle the
administration of the T. O'Donnell Estate as a Small Estate under Section 3102 of the
PEF; and (2) would dismiss the formal proceeding of the T. O'Donnell Estate in light of
the Petition to Settle the Estate as a Small Estate under Section 3102 of the PEF.
In view of the Petitioner's prayer in his Petition, and in view of the reasons and other
information provided in support of his Petition, the Petition is hereby granted in all
respects.
