ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~.~-~ day of May , 2009, approval is granted to the
Magic,
Plenary Guardian, Susan ~9 Spangler, to finalize a settlement on behalf of the
incompetent Summer Marie Spangler. The Guardian and her counsel, Karl E. Rominger,
Esquire, the Insured and the Insurer are directed and Ordered to make and / or receive
disbursement of the $100,000.00 in insurance funds as follows; $60,000.00 to be used to
fund a structured settlement, $25,000.00 to counsel as fees, and $15,000.00 to the Estate
of the incompetent to be used as the Plenary Guardian's discretion as allowed by law.
The Terms of the Settlement Agreement and Release admitted at the time of
Hearing and attached to the Amended Petition are made part of this Order.
The Guardian and Counsel and all other parties are authorized to execute any and
all necessary documents to effectuate this settlement including any applicable release or
structured fee agreement.
