annexed Petition for Citation to Show Cause Why Executrix Should Not be Ordered to
File an Account of Administration Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. § 3501.1 and should not be
Ordered to File an Inventory of the Estate Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §3301, it is hereby
ORDERED that a citation is awarded, directed to Dyan Yingst, Executrix of the will of
Joseph Samuel Lotz, Deceased, to show cause why she should not be required to file
an account of the administration of the estate and an inventory. The Citation shall be
returnable within twenty (20) days of service of the Citation upon the Executrix.
