AND NOW, come, Richard E. Dixon and George F. Dixon, III, as beneficiaries of the Qc~P
Trust under the George F. Dixon, Jr., revocable trust under agreement dated March 16, 1985 (the
"QTIP Trust"), by and through their attorneys, MARTSON DEARDORFF WILLIAMS OTTO
GILROY & FALLER, and object to the proposed distribution of the same as follows:
Objectors, Richard E. Dixon and George F. Dixon, III, ("Objectors''), are beneficiaries
of the George F. Dixon, Jr., QTIP Trust.
2. The net income of the QTIP Trust was payable to George F. Dixon, Jr.'s widow,
Lottie I. Dixon for her lifetime.
3. Lottie I. Dixon died on June 28, 2007, causing the QTIP Trust to terminate.
4. An accounting of the Estate of Lottie I. Dixon is currently pending before this Court
at Docket No. IJ7-0686.
5. In their capacity as beneficiaries, Objectors have filed objections to the accounting
in the Estate of Lottie Ivy Dixon.
6. Objectors object to the proposed schedule of distributions pending determination of
the objections filed in the Estate of Lottie Ivy Dixon by this Court, and resolution, inter alia, of the
questions requiring adjudication identified in Item l 3 of the Petition for Adjudication/Statement of
Proposed Distribution of the QTIP Trust.
WHEREFORE, Objectors, Richard E. Dixon and George F. Dixon, III, respectfully request

that this Court confirm the Accounting for the QTIP Trust and approve the resignation and discharge
of the corporate Co-Trustee therefore, but not approve the Statement of Proposed Distribution
submitted therewith, pending resolution of the above identified matters.
