Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return (Form REV-1500) filed for this Estate, along with
an Estate check in the amount of $8,147.54 payable to "Register of Wills, Agent" for
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax calculated as due.
No Federal Estate Tax Return was filed by the Estate.
Also enclosed is the original of an Inventory filed for the Estate.
I enclose copies of this letter, of the first page of the Return, and of the first page of the
Inventory. I ask that you time-stamp each of the copies, noting your receipt, and then
return them to me in the envelope provided.
