COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is Belco Community Credit Union, hereinafter
referred to as "BELCO", a Pennsylvania Corporation with an
office at 449 Eisenhower Blvd., Harrisburg, Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania 17111.
2. Sidney A. Trump, Sr., a Defendant, is an adult individual
with an address at 1590 Holtz Road, Enola, PA 17025.
3. Defendant applied for an L14-Visa Credit Card from Plaintiff
pursuant to the Application dated November 4, 1986 which is
available but not attached because it contains social
security numbers and other personal information.
4. Defendant's delinquent balance on the account is $2119.80
as of April 30, 2009.
5. Because of Defendant's failure to make monthly payments and
in accordance with the standard Security Agreement, a copy
which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "All and made part
hereof, Defendant owes an attorney commission of $317.97 for
a total of $2437.77.
6. Defendant also applied for an L6 Line of Credit from
Plaintiff pursuant to the Application dated March 21, 1986,
which is available but not attached because it
contains social security numbers and other personal
information.
7. Defendant's delinquent balance on the account is $10,482.07
as of April 30, 2009.
8. Because of Defendant's failure to make monthly payments and
in accordance with the standard Security Agreement, a copy
which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made part
hereof, Defendant owes an attorney commission of $1572.31 for
a total of $12,054.38.
9. Total due for both accounts is $14,492.15.
10. Defendant has failed and refused to bring his accounts
current.
11. Defendant is not a member of the Armed Forces of the United
States of America, nor engaged in any way which would bring
him within the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act of 1940, as
amended.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests entry of judgment against Defendant
in the amount of $14,492.15, plus interest together with costs of
suit thereon.
