Counsel's Motion to Withdraw
AND NOW comes the undersigned counsel for the executrix of the within estate and
moves this Court for permission to withdraw, stating in support the following:
1. The executrix of the Estate of Marion P. Shannon, the undersigned movant's
client, has failed to pay any of the legal fees incurred to assist her in the administration of
the said estate.
WHEREFORE, the movant requests permission to withdraw from the matter.
