For dates of death on or after July 1, 1994 and before January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving
spouse is three (3) percent [72 P.S. Sect. 9116(a)(1.1)(i)].
For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is zero (0)
percent [72 P.S. Sect. 9116(a)(1.1)(ii)]. The statue does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements for disclosure
of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.
For dates of death on or after July 1, 2000:
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a natural parent,
an adoptive parent, or a stepparent of the child is zero (0) percent [72 P.S. Sect. 9116(a)(1.2)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is four and one-half (4.5) percent, except as noted
in 72 P.S. Sect. 9116(1.2) [72 P.S. Sect. 9116(a)(1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is twelve (12) percent [72 P.S. Sect. 9116(a)(1.3)]. A sibling
is defined, under Section 9102, as an individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

OF
SANDRA L. HALTCK
I, SANDRA L. HAUCK, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made.
ITEM I: Family Information. I am not married. I
have three children: ERIC R. LOHR, DAVID S. LOHR and TAMMY K. BEDARD.
These and any other children born to or adopted by me are described in this VSTill as
"my children," or as "a child of mine." Any person born to or adopted by issue of
mine is to be included as issue of mine. Provided, however, no adopted person shall
benefit under this Will unless the order or decree of adoption is entered before the
adopted person attains the age of twenty-one (21) years.
ITEM II: Death Taxes. Except as provided in Item III,
I direct that all inheritance and estate taxes becoming due by reason of my death,
whether payable by i~ny estate or by any recipient of any property, shall be paid by
the Executor out of the residue of my estate, as an expense and cost of
administration of my estate, except that no taxes shall be charged against any gift
qualifying for the marital or charitable deduction in my estate. The Executor shall
have no duty or obligation to obtain reimbursement for any such tax so paid, even
though on proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under this Will.
Page 1 ~~, ~6C-
ITEM III: Gift of Diversified Data Stock. I give my
stock of DIVERSIFIED DATA SYSTEMS, INC. as follows:
(i) FIFTY-FIVE PERCENT (55%) to my son, ERIC
R. LOHR; and
(ii) FORTY-FIVE PERCENT (45%) to my daughter,
TAMMY K. BEDARD.
If either of my children px•edecease me, his or
her gift under this Item shall be paid to his ox' her then living issue, per stirpes.
Each beneficiary shall bear his or her proportionate share of death tax attributable
to this gift of stock, which taxes may be paid by the Executor fx•om other property
passing to or for the benefit of that beneficiary under this Will.
ITEM IV: Debts and Final Expenses. I direct the
Executor to pay the expenses of my last illness, my legally enforceable debts, and
my funeral expenses from the residue of my estate as an expense and cost of
administration of my estate.
ITEM V: Tangible Personal Property. I may leave a
written list in my safe deposit box or elsewhere disposing of certain items of my
tangible personal property. The Executor shall dispose of items of my personal
property as specified in the written list. If no written list is found in my safe
deposit box or elsewhere and properly identified by the Executor within thirty (3U)
days after the probate of my Will, it shall be presumed that there is no other
statement or list. Any subsequently discovered list shall be ignored. I give any
property of the type described in this Item and not set forth in a written list to my
children, to be divided among them as they shall agree. Should there be no
Page 2 S.~ ~
agreement, the Executor shall divide this property among them in as nearly equal
portions as the Executor, in the discretion of the Executor, deems appropriate,
having due regard to the personal preferences of my children.
ITEM VI: Residue. The residue of my estate shall be
divided into as many equal shares as there are then living children of mine and
then deceased children of mine represented by then living issue . One (1) share
shall be distributed to each living child, and one (1) share shall be distributed to the
then living issue, per stirpes, of each deceased child. If any issue of a deceased child
has not attained the age of thirty (30) years at the tune of distribution, the share of
the beneficiary who has not attained that age shall be held by ERIC R. LOHR, as
Trustee, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS and shall be administered and distributed
as follows:
(i) The Trustee shall pay to the Beneficiary in
convenient, at least annual, installments so much of the
net income as the Trustee, in the discretion of the
Trustee, considers necessary for the reasonable support,
maintenance, health care and education, including college
or other post-secondary education, of the Beneficiary.
Income not distributed shall. be accumulated and added to
principal.
(ii) The Trustee shall also pay to the Beiaeficiary
so much of the principal as the Trustee, in the discretion
of the Trustee, considers necessary for the reasonable
support, maintenance, health care and education,
including college or other post-secondary education, of the
Beneficiary.

__ i
(iii) Upon the attainment of the age of thirty (30)
years by the Beneficiary, the Trust shall terminate and
the Trustee shall distribute to the Beneficiary the
remaining assets of the Trust.
(iv) Should the Beneficiary die before final
distribution of the assets of his or her Trust, the Trust
shall terminate and the Trustee shall pay the assets of
the Trust to the then living issue of the Beneficiary, per
stirpes. However, if any issue has not attained the age of
twenty-five (25) years at the time of distribution, the
Trustee shall continue to hold the share for that issue as
Custodian under the Pennsylvania Uniform Transfers to
Minors Act for the benefit of that issue.
(v) If before final distribution of the assets of any
Trust established for my issue, there is no living beneficiary
of that Trust, it shall terminate. The assets of the Trust shall
be paid to the then living issue, on a per stirpital basis, of the
nearest deceased ancestor (with issue living at the time of
distribution) of the Beneficiary who is me or my issue.
However, if there is then in existence any trust created under
this Will for the benefit of that issue, the share which would
have been distributed to that issue shall be added to the
principal of his or her trust, to be administered and distributed
as provided in this Will.

required by applicable law, and to make all tax elections authorized by
law.

accordance with the Uniform Standards .of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
Statements and-.Limiting Conditions
Purpose
The purpose of this report is .to describe and, document the, quality,of the jewelry listed and to estimate its
Fair Market Value:
Intended Use
The intended use.of this report is for providing an estate appraisal listing the Fair Market Value for use.in
the resolution of the Sandra L. Hauck estate.
Valuation Date: 12/3/2008
Definition of Fair Market Value
The fair market value .,is the .price at which, the poperty :would change hands between a willing buyer .and
willing seller, neitherbeing-under any compulsion to buy or sell and both having reasonable knowledge of
relevant-facts: The-fair.market value of a particular itemof property.:. is not to be determined by a forced
.sale price. Nor is the:fair market value of.an item of property to be determined by he sale price of he item
in a market other than'that in which such.item is most commonly- sold to the public, taking into .account
location of the item whexever appropriate: Taken-from Treasury Regulation,20.2031-1 (b)
Aprrcaeh.to Value
There are three traditional approaches to value that are as follows::-
Income approach: Applies to income producing.properties and is used. only if an income situation or rental
property can be identified..
Market Data approach: Compares the qualities of the, subject item to an article. with similar or-identical "
qualities, and researches; and records cunenf verifiable sales of-such merchandise.
Cost approach: Establishes the total value of an item by considering the value of its component parts
(precious metal content; gemstone weights and qualities, labor, and any other fees) together with the
appropriate retail markup according to the norms ofthe jewelers in the locale, supply_and demand,.and the
current state of the marketplace.
Fair Market Value is estimated using the market data approach. Neither the income approach nor the, cost
approach apply in establishing Fair,Market'Value. However, the cost approach to value was used to check
on the reasonableness or market values found.
Market
To value an item a:rnarket(and marke# level).must be recognized..The mosf appropriate market for jewelry
can vary .depending upon the article's age;'condition,quality, .intrinsic content, aesthetic appeal;
.provenance;. current fashion trends; artistic interpretation, period of manufacture among .others..
-The type of retail outlet that mostcommonly carries the items.being appraised;s considered to:be the most
appropriate market. However,-the auction market was also considered as .another appropriate. market in ,
establishing Fair market Value for this type of jewelry...
