Kenneth E. Wilson, it is hereby ordered and decreed that Kenneth E. Wilson:?'AdministQtor @~, . `-,
the Estate of William C. Wilson, Deceased, is authorized and permitted in his individual capacity
to purchase the remaining, undivided one-half interest in real estate jointly owned with the
Decedent and located at 429 Hogestown Road, Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania and as reflected in Deed Book 104, Page 534 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds Office of this County. Further, Kenneth E. Wilson, the Administrator of the Estate of
William C. Wilson, Deceased is hereby directed to execute and deliver an appropriate Deed
conveying ownership of the one-half interest in said real estate to Kenneth E. Wilson, the
individual, his heirs and assigns, upon Kenneth E. Wilson tendering to the Estate of William C.
Wilson, Deceased, the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) per the terms and
conditions of the Agreement of Sale, dated May 19, 2009.
