This property is being reported on Schedule A rather than on Schedule G even
though a deed dated August 22, 2008 purports to have transferred the property
to Juanita M. Panko, daughter of the decedent. That transfer, sixteen days
before the decedent's death, is subject to litigation in the Court of Common
Pleas, Cumberland County (Copy of First Amended Complaint attached) as the
Executor of the Estate seeks to recover the property for distribution as part of
decedent's estate. Executor is unwilling to acknowledge the validity of the
transfer until an adjudication has taken place. If the decision of the Court does
not result in the property being redeeded to the estate, the Executor will
demand that the recipient of the property, Juanita Panko, pay the tax due on the
value of the house and the estate will seek a refund of the amount already paid.
