Downes, late of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died March 6, 2008, having first made her last Will and Testament which was duly executed on March 7, 1974; and, WHEREAS, the said last Will and Testament named Donna K. Rhoads, now known as Donna K. McKeehan, Executrix of her last Will and Testament; and, WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were duly issued by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Donna K. McKeehan on March 25, 2008; and, WHEREAS, the Executrix has gathered the assets of the estate of the said decedent and the assets consisted of various savings and investment accounts, to a total value of $202,336.21, as set forth in the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return filed of record in this matter; and, WHEREAS, the Executrix has made advance distributions as follows: Donna K. N , Thy WHEREAS, the debts and deductions for administrative expenses, including the payment of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax in the said estate, have been made leaving a balance for distribution of $23,164.15; and, WHEREAS, the balance for distribution has been reduced to cash and is available for distribution in accordance with the terms of the last will and testament of the said decedent; and, NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, I do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, I agree that no account is necessary and I do hereby agree that I do consent to distribution being made in accordance with the decedent's last Will and Testament, without the filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force and effect as if they had been filed and confirmed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, as follows: Donna K.
