POMEROY and LINDA L0 POMEROY, of 10 Cromwell court, Mechanicsburg, PA 15055, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertook and agreed to erect anD construe% a single family residential dwelling on that certai~ lot of ground situate on Foxfield Court, in Mechanicsburg, Silver spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Lot ~o. 110, Phase I, The Peninsula, said plan being recorded in Pla~ Book 65, Page 28. Being the same premises which Robert L. Anderson and Mitzi Anderson. husband and wife, by Deed dated April 23, 2001 and recorded April 30, 2001 in the Cumberland Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book 243, Page 633, granted and conveyed unto Walter L. Pomeroy and Linda L. Pomeroy, husban~ and wife.
