Please be advised that York P-B Truss, Inc. has filed a Mechanic's Lien Claim against
certain property, of which you are the record owner, commonly known as 8 Hidden Meadow
Drive, Silver Spring Township, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and more
specifically described in Exhibit "B" to the Mechanic's Lien Claim, a true and correct copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
The Mechanic's Lien claim was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania on June 16, 2009 at the above docket number.

MECHANICS' LIEN CLAIM
1. Claimant, York P-B Truss, Inc. is a Pennsylvania corporation with offices located at
3487 Susquehanna Trail, York, Pennsylvania 17402, and files this mechanics' lien
claim as a Contractor, as defined pursuant to the Mechanics' Lien Law, 49 P.S. 1201.
2. The record owners of the property subject to the lien are Harry S. Claypool, III and
Jennifer E. Claypool, husband and wife, residing at 375 North Middlesex Road,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 ("Owners").
3. The date on which Claimant completed the work for which this claim is made was
December 18, 2008.
4. This claim is made for the trusses and other materials provided by Claimant to
Owners, and which were incorporated by Owner into the construction of the house
located on their property commonly known as 8 Hidden Meadow Drive, Lot 94,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (the "Work"). The total fee for the aforesaid Work
was $10,319.10. A true and correct copy of the invoice issued by Claimant to
Owners at their address, which provides a more detailed description of the Work, is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and is incorporated herein by reference.
5. The amount due is $10,000.00, and this lien is filed for this amount, plus all
applicable interest, and such other relief as may be allowed by law.
6. The improvement and property claimed to be subject to the lien is 8 Hidden Meadow
Drive, Lot 94, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, more specifically described in the Deed
dated July 27, 2006 from Fox Squirrel, Inc. to Harry S. Claypool, III and Jennifer E.
Claypool, recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania in Book 275, Page 4716, including the house constructed as an
improvement thereon (the "Property"). A copy of the aforesaid deed to the Property
is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and is incorporated herein by reference.

7. The Work was performed in conjunction with the construction of new and substantial
improvements to the Property.

information which has been furnished to counsel. The language of the Mechanics Lien Claim

the same is based upon factual information which I have given to counsel, it is true and correct
to the best of my knowledge, information and belief. To the extent that the content of the
Mechanics Lien Claim is legal in nature and that of counsel, I have relied upon counsel in
making this Verification. I hereby acknowledge that the averments of fact set forth in the
