Petition seeks to have a Court Authorized Representative appointed for Walter Patterson.
The foregoing Petition, having been presented in open Court, and upon consideration
thereof, it is ORDERED AND DECREED that a Citation be directed to Walter Patterson,
his agent through power of attorney, Eddie L. Collins, and his next of kin, sui jur~, Larry
