building upon premises commonly known as 83 ASH'ION STREET, Township DICKINSON,
CUMBERLAND County, pem~sylvania, as set fords in tl~ deed dated Maxch 25, 2004, record~l at Deed
Book 262, Page 1296, in the Recorder's Office roi' CUM~BERLAND Comaty. P~lmsylva~qia, as more
specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is imorporate~ herei~ and attached hereto,
NOW, May 12, 200g, at the time of ami immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner Io the said Contractor to commence
work on th~ smd baildiiag, or purchase martials roi' the same in consideration of the mal~g of the said
contract with Contractor and thc faCd~ col~idcratiori of On~ Dallax ($1.00), to Conuactor paid'ny Owner,
it is agreed ',hat no lien shall be fileA against the building by the Conlxactor, or lmy subcontractor, nor by
any of the materialmen or wocklnen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens beillg expressly
waived.
