WHEREAS, THOMAS D. WELCH AND TINA WELCH, of 2924 Beverly Road, Camp
Hill Borough, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a
contract with LONE TREE, INC., of 134 Armstrong Street, P.O. Box 540, Halifax, Pennsylvania
17032, for the erection of a residential building upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THOSE CERTAIN lots or pieces of ground, situate in "Beverly Park", Borough of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which Plan is recorded in the Recorder's Office in and for Cumberland
County in Plan Book 3, Page 19, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL NO. I
BEGINNING at a point, the northwest corner of premises now or formerly owned by Ansel E. Shoaf,
et ux, at line of lands now or late of Paul J. Hartman; thence along the same, North 22 degrees 44 minutes
East, 68.39 feet to a point on line of lands now or late of Vernon L. Lambert; thence along the same, North
87 degrees 29 minutes East, 25.6 feet, more or less, to line of lands now or late of the Camp Hill School
District; thence along the same, South 09 degrees 45 minutes East, 61 feet, more or less, to line of lands now
or formerly of Ansel E. Shoaf, et ux, aforesaid; thence along the same, South 87 degrees 29 minutes West,
54.5 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING a portion of Lot No. 9, Block "K", as shown above mentioned Plan.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to certain restrictions mentioned in Agreement dated September 17, 1940
and recorded in County aforesaid, January 30, 1941 in Misc. Book Vol. 74, Page 338.
PARCEL NO. 2
ALL THOSE CERTAIN lots or pieces of ground, together with a two story brick and frame dwelling
house erected thereon, being a portion of Lot No. 8, Block "K" and Lot No. 9, Block "K", Plan of Beverly
Park, Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more fully bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a northern intersection of Walnut Street with Beverly Road on said Plan; thence
along said Beverly Road, North 50 degrees 09 minutes West, 50.33 feet to a stake; thence North 22 degrees
44 minutes East, 101.3 feet to a stake; thence North 87 degrees 29 minutes East, 54.5 feet to a stake at the
western line of land now or formerly of the Camp Hill School Board; thence along said road, South 09
degrees 45 minutes East, 127 feet to a stake on the northern side of the aforementioned Walnut Street; thence
along said Walnut Street, North 87 degrees 34 minutes West, 77.8 feet to a stake and the place of
BEGINNING.
BEING known and numbered as 2924 Beverly Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to certain restrictions mentioned in Agreement dated September 17, 1940
and recorded January 30, 1941 in the County aforesaid, in Misc. Book Vol. 74, Page 338.
NOW, June 10, 2009, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said 'T'HOMAS D. WELCH AND TINA
WELCH to the said LONE TREE, INC. to commence work on the said building, or purchase
materials for the same in consideration of the making of said contract with LONE TREE, INC. and
the further consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) to be paid by THOMAS D. WELCH AND
TINA WELCH, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contract, or any
subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right
to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS, our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
