1. The above-captioned proceedings on the Objections to the Estate Account and
the Objections to the Trust Account will be consolidated for the purposes of discovery,
hearing and disposition;
2. All discovery will be concluded by August 31, 2009;
3. The Auditor may resolve discovery disputes subject to de novo review by the
