That your petitioner emigrated
from that part of the dominions of the king of then to kingdoms of Great
$ritain and Ireland called Ireland in the month of in the year of
our Lord one thousand - -e,--hundred and ,hej,zF and hath
resided five yews and upwards, within the limits, and"wider the Jurisdiction of
the United States, and one year immediately preceding this application within the
limits of Pennsylvania.:
That your petitioner was also residing within the limits, and under the ju-
risdition of the United States between the eighteenth day of June one thousand
seven hundred and ninety eight, and the fourteenth day of April one thousand
eight hundred and two, and still continues to reside therein. He therefore prays
your honors to admit him to become a citizen of the United States and of the Statc
