RECEIPT AND RELEASE
The circumstances leading up to the execution of this instrument are as
follows:
1. Robert W. Henry died on November 22, 2008. Testamentary Letters were
granted to Frank J. Henry, brother of the Decedent and Executor of his Last
Will and Testament dated July 21, 2004. ,
Z. Pursuant to his Last Will and Testament, specific bequests were left to the _
following organizations:
a. St. Matthew's United Church of Christ, Carlisle, PA - $5000.00.
b. Grace Church United Methodist, Hamsburg, PA • $5000.00.
3. Pursuant to his Last Wilf and Testament, the following people were named
as residuary benefiaaries, each of whom is entitled to receive an equal 1/3
share of the decedent's estate as indicated:

4. Pursuant to his Last Will and Testament, each of the following people are
entitled to 1/6 share of the decedent's estate as issue of Sarah Garrett,
deceased, who was named as a residuary beneficiary entitled to a 1/3
share of the decedent's estate: - ,

5. An informal Accounting of the Administration of the Estate has been
prepared by the Executor, and is attached hereto as Schedule "A."

6. In consideration of the foregoing and intending to be legally bound hereby,
Frank J. Henry, Jean R. Adams, Juna R. Yingst and Jan R. Garrett:
A. Do hereby waive an audit of an account of the administration of the
Estate of Robert W. Henry, deceased, by the Orphans' Court Division
of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania;
B. Do hereby declare that they examined the attached informal account of
the Estate of Robert W. Henry, deceased, that they find it to be true
and correct in all particulars; that they accept and approve it with the
same force and effect as if it had been prepared and duly filed with,
audited, adjudicated and confirmed absolutely by the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania;
C. Do hereby acknowledge that Frank J. Henry, Executor, has distributed
the assets of the Estate of Robert W. Henry, deceased;
D. Do hereby absolutely and irrevocably remise, release, quitclaim and
forever discharge Frank J. Henry, Executor, his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, of and from any and all action, reckonings,
liabilities, claims and demands relating in any way to his administration
of the Estate of Robert W. Henry, deceased;
E. Do hereby indemnify and hold harmless Frank J. Henry, Executor, his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, from and against any and
all claims, losses, liabilities and damage which they may suffer or to
which they may be subjected by reason of his administration of the
Estate of Robert W. Henry, and the distribution of the estate without an
account or the approval of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, including but not
limited to, any liability for any federal estate tax, Pennsylvania
inheritance tax or any other death taxes, together with interest and
costs incidental thereto, relating in any way to the estate; and
F. Do hereby declare it to be there intention that this instrument shall be
leg~~ally binding upon them and upon their heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns.
