WI-W-REAS, J. SCOTT MASSIE AND CYNTHIA S. MASSIE, are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with FORTNEY CONSTRUCTION INC., for the
erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT of land situate, lying and being in Camp Hill Borough,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as Lot $5, Chartiers Place, Plan Book 2 Page
69, Parcel No. 01-22-0535-016 and having a address of 213 South 24' Street, Camp Hill, PA
17011
Now, & 2009, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owners to the said contractor to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the
making of the said contract with contractor and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar
to contractor paid by owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building and/or
land by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the

erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS OUR hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
