The petition of James Clouse, son of the deceased, Ruth L. Clouse, respectfully
represents:
1.Your petitioner is James Clouse, son of the deceased, who resides at 260 Union
Hall Road, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013, and has the following
interests in the assets that would comprise the estate of Ruth L. Clouse:
2. Ruth L. Clouse, died testate on June 3, 2009 in her home in Middlesex
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. At the time of her death, Ruth L. Clouse resided with her son, Robert Clouse, at
38 Mel-Ron Court, Carlisle, PA 17015.
4. The only asset of the estate was a Classic Checking account with M&T Bank in
the amount of $6,875.06, which was held in the sole name of Ruth L. Clouse.
5. The decedent was survived by Robert Clouse, who resided with her at the time
of her death and is the son entitled to the family exemption under 20 PA C.S, §3121, and
is also survived by her son James Clouse, named as Executor under the decedent's will
and Petitioner herein.
6. The total value of the decedent's personal estate is less than $25,000 and
consists of the following assets which have the following values:
M&T Classic Checking account: $ 6,875.06.
7. The expenses of the decedent's last illness and funeral have been paid and there
are no unpaid creditors of the decedent.

8. A Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax was filed and there will be no tax due, should
the family exemption be granted by the court. A copy of the filing is attached hereto and
made a part hereof .
9. It is proposed that the following distribution of the decedent's estate be made to
the following heir:
Robert Clouse 6 875.06.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully represents your Honorable Court to
decree the distribution of the decedent's personal estate to the person entitled thereto as
set forth in Paragraph 9, above and further decree that the family exemption be granted to
her son, who is entitled thereto, as provi under Paragraph 5, above.
