The Petitioner is Cheryl L. Weller, the decedent's daughter, and the Petitioner resides at 23 Lake Shore Drive, Waymart, Pennsylvania 18472. 2. Anna M. Weller died on February 21, 2009, a resident of 1711 Cornell Road, Camp Hill, Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Said decedent died intestate. 4. Weller desires to waive reimbursement of the expenses paid by her, and Cheryl L. Weller, Deborah Weller, Charles Weller and Terry Weller all desire to waive their interests in the estate in favor of Patty J. Weller. Each of them has signed a joinder in this petition which is hereto attached and incorporated herein by reference.
