The Claimant is Kinsley Construction, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation which has its principal office at 2700 Water Street, York, York County, Pennsylvania 17403. Claimant files this claim as a Subcontractor. 2. The Owner of the real estate against which this claim is filed is Bumble Bee Hollow Limited, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, having an address of 225 North Presidential Boulevard, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania 19004. Its general partner is Bumble Bee Hollow General, LLC, a Pennsylvania corporation, having an address of 225 North Presidential Boulevard, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania 19004. 3. The last day Claimant supplied material to the site was January 22, 2009. 4. The party with whom Claimant contracted was Hampton Construction, Limited, 3067 Hartzdale Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. 5. Formal notice of Claimant's intention to file this Mechanics' Lien Claim was given to the Owner by certified mail on April 27, 2009. A true and correct copy of the Notice of Intent to file Mechanics' Lien Claim and the Affidavit of Service of the Notice are attached and made a part hereof as Exhibit A. 6. The material supplied by Claimant was stone for the installation of access roads and water and sewer lines for the development of the subdivision known as Bumble Bee Hollow, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 7. The amount claimed to be due is $144,794.79, which represents the sum of $134,014.10 in principal, plus interest accrued since April 23, 2009, plus interest accrued to date, as shown on the Interest Statement attached and made a part hereof as Exhibit B. 8. The real property subject to the lien is situate in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan for Bumble Bee Hollow, recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to Instrument Number 200806592, also as more fully described in the Deed dated March 7, 2008, and recorded on March 11, 2008, to Instrument No. 200807213. A true and correct copy of said Deed is attached and made a part hereof a Exhibit C.
