disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void any and all prior Wills by me at any time hereto~ore made.
1.
I direct the payment o~ all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon a~ter my decease as the same can be conveniently
done.

I give and bequeath my Hummel ~igurine collection to THE
~ffiCHANICSBu~G PUBLIC LIBRARY, together with the sum o~ Five Hundred
($500.00) Dollars, to be used and applied by it in constructing or
procuring a suitable case in which said ~igurines may be displayed.

I hereby certify that, upon the request for the estate appraisal of the personal property of
Susanne W. McClafferty, deceased, 5225 Wilson Lane, Apt. 1121 Mechanicsburg, PA
17055, I have personally and physically inspected the listed personal property. The
personal property was appraised to determine the FAIR MARKET VALUE, AS OF
d.o.d. April 28, 2004 & reported on June 13, 2004. The dates of inspection were June 03,
June 08 and June 10, 2004.
The information. and values contained in this report are based upon my experience as an
appraiser and other reliable sources. The personal property was found to be in GOOD to

Photograph and CD-ROM Instructions
Ibis Appraisal Services has provided you with a CD-ROM that houses all of the digital
photographs of all of the items appraised. The CD-ROM also contains a saved copy of
the appraisal report. This CD-ROM may be kept with the paper copy of the appraisal
report or kept off-site, such as a safety deposit box.
The photographs are saved in the JPEG picture format, meaning that all of the file names
end with a " JPG" .
The file names correspond to the written appraisal report's Corresponding Photograph
File that is included at the end of each item appraised.
Getting started with your CD-ROM
1. Insert the CD-ROM into your computer's CD-ROM Drive. If you do not have a
computer or access to a CD-ROM Drive--a copy store, office supply store, or public
library will be able to help you view and/or print your pictures.
2. Your computer may contain one or several different software programs that will
allow you to view your pictures. Examples of these programs are Draw, Photo Editor,
Picture It! Express, Photo Suite, My Photo Center, Photo Studio Lite, Photo Shop
Pro, Picture CD, or Photo Deluxe. The program that is included with a digital camera
is another wav to view vour pictures.
. Select the program for viewing photographs and open the program.
3. Click FILE, and Click OPEN.
4. Use the Pull-Down, "Look in" Menu and select the D Drive (D:) or whichever drive
is designated as your CD-ROM (sometimes this may be the E Drive (E:) on your
computer).
'* NOTE
. Your CD-ROM Drive is designated with a small CD-ROM graphic Icon or a
cartoon representing the drive.
. The drives of your computer can be found under My Computer section of the Pull-
Down "Look in" Menu. Common Drives are: A Drive (floppy disc drive), the C
Drive {hard disc drive), the D Drive (CD-ROM Drive), and the E Drive (sometimes
CD-ROM Drive; sometimes an external drive, like a CD-ROM Writer, Zip, or Jazz
Drive).
5. Double-click on the photograph you wish to view.

RECEIPT, RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
This Receipt, Release and Indemnification Agreement (hereinafter called the "Release'") is given
this ISIt. Day of June, 2004, by the Joseph P. Simpson Public Library formerly known as the
Mechanicsburg Area Public Library also formerly known as The Mechanicsburg Public Library,
Mechanicsburg, Pa (hereinafter called the "Beneficiary") to and in favor of Manufacturers and Traders
Trust Company successor by reason of merger to Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company. Executor of
the Susanne W. McClafferty Estate (hereinafter called the "Bank").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS. the Beneficiary, pursuant to Paragraph 2., of the Last Will and Testament of
Susanne W. McClafferty is beneficially interested in the above referenced Estate; and
NOW. THEREFORE, intending to be legally bound hereby, the Beneficiary represents. warrants,
covenants and agrees as follows:
1. Receipt. The Beneficiary requests the above named Bank to make distribution of the following
property and effective upon delivery to the undersigned of the property shown as distributable.

Partial Satisfaction of the Specific Bequest as Per Paragraph 2., Hummel Figurine 5 f.-

The Beneficiary does further acknowledge that the aforesaid distribul1cn represents the Beneficiary's i)liYl4f> f
partial interest in the above referenced Estate and is being made in partial satisfaction thereof
2. Release. Upon having received the above described property distribution, the Beneficiary does by
these present remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the Bank, its employees, successors
and assigns, fr'im all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever,
for or by reason of its administration of the above referenced Estate, or any other act, matter, cause or
thing whatsoever.
3. Indemnification. In exchange for the Bank's willingness to make the distribution hereunder without
first securing the benefit of a formal court audit, the Beneficiary agrees to indemnify the Bank and hold it
harmless, to the extent of any funds or assets received by the Beneficiary hereunder, from and against the
Beneficiary's pro rata share of any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs, verdicts, judgments, awards
and expenses (including attorney's fees and other costs or expenses of defense) to which the Bank may be

subjected by reason of its administration of the Estate, as well as the settlement thereof by means of
an informal distribution. The Beneficiary further agrees to:
a. Refund or return, promptly upon the Bank's written demand, any funds or assets distributed by
the Bank to the Beneficiary, if the distribution thereof is determined at any time to have been an
erroneous or negligent distribution to the Beneficiary, whether such error or negligence was or
was claimed to have been premised upon a mistake of law or of fact
b. Modify and displace any otherwise applicable period limiting the time within which the Bank's
action to collect an erroneous or negligent distribution must be commenced. so as to provide that
the Bank need not commence an action to collect an erroneous or negligent distribution to the
Beneficiary until two (2) years after such time as the Bank shall have obtained actual knowledge
of such error or negligence.
The provisions of this Release shall be deemed severable in the event that one or more thereof shall
be deemed invalid or unenforceable. with the effect that the remaining provisions shall persist as if such
invalid or unenforceable provision had never been a part hereof. In addition, the construction, effect,
validity and performance of this Release shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its cont1ict of laws provision.
This Release shall bind the Beneficiary, their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns together
with any person with respect to whom the Beneficiary is a natural or appointed guardian.
The Beneficiary hereby acknowledges that this Release may be filed at any time, at the discretion of
the Bank, with any. court of competent jurisdiction, and the Beneficiary consents to any such filing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Beneficiary has executed and sealed this Release on the date first
above inscribed.
