Lotz, deceased, hereby exercises the right granted to me under Chapter 22, Probate, Estate and Fiduciary Code, to receive my elective share from my husband's estate including any rights and interests owing to me under that section to the real property owned by my husband, as more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto, cash and other tangible personal property. Sickel and Daneen D. Sickel, his wife, did grant and convey to Joseph S.
