SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
08/05/2009 08:00 PM -William Cline, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on August 5,
2009 at 1930 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
Shawn M. Bank, by making known unto Shawn M. Bank, at 408 Boyer Street, Summerdale, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania 17093 its contents and at the same time handing to him personally the said true anc
correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was completed. Postcard and copy
of levy mailed to plaintiff and letter mailed to defendant on 08-05-09.
09/04/2009 06:09 PM -Sale bill posted on 09-04-09 at 1807 hours by Deputy Gutshall. Sale date set for Friday,
September 25, 2009 at 1500 hours. Copy of sale bill mailed to Plaintiff Ruth Hess.
06/29/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned as STAYED. Defendant entered into bankruptcy.
