on March 11, 2004 in the Court of Common Pleas, Northumberland
County, Pennsylvania and transferred to the Court of Common pleas,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on November 9, 2004 at No: 04-5646,
be revived and authorizes the Prothonotary to enter in the
judgment index a judgment of revival in the amount of $16,400.00
plus costs.
