For value received, We, David J. Raudabaugh and Jovce A. Raudabaugh. husband and

follows: no interest for the first six (6) months from the date hereof or until the first half of the

hereof or upon settlement of the second half of the duplex, whichever shall occur first, the
remaining principal balance shall be due and owing,

And further, We, David J. Raudabaugh and Jgyce A. Raudabaugh, husband and ~
do hereby waive and dispense with the benefit of any law of the State &Pennsylvania exeml:
any real or personal property from levy and saie on execution. And further do empowe
Prothonotary or any Attorney of any Court of Record of Pennsylvania to appear for then
confess judgment agahqst me (us) in favor of O & P Partnership for the above sum, wi~
of suit and release &all errors and without stay of execution.
And fur&er, We, David J. Randabaugh and Joyce A. Raudabaueh, husband an
do agree that should a writ of execution be issued on ajudgment entered on this note, ~
real estate may be sold on the same without inquisition and condemnation being hek
other writ from court for that purpose; and We, David J. Raudabaugh and Jovce A. Rau,
husband and wife, do agree in case of default of payment at maturity to pay an additio~
per cent (15%) for Attorney fees in the collection of this note.
