BUSH ALICIA M. BUSH VS JACOB H. BUSH ALICIA M. BUSH STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS WHEREAS JACOB H. BUSH AND ALICIA M. BUSH entered into a contract with JACOB H. BUSH AND ALICIA M. BUSH to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of (a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc. Dated G"dS_-'C I and intended to be recorded precdding the recording of this stipulation to Jacob H. Bush and Alicia M. Bush. NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof. Exhibit A ALL that tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin on the western right-of-way line for Walleye Drive at the corner of Lot No. 39 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 39, North 52 degrees 99 minutes 45 seconds West, 177.59 feet to an iron pin on line of land now or formerly of Roy M. Mellinger; thence by said land now or formerly of Roy M. Mellinger, North 60 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East, 155.00 feet to an iron pin at corner of Lot No. 41 on the hereinafter described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 41, South 29 degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds East, 150.24 feet to an iron pin on the western right-of-way line for Walleye Drive; thence in and along said right-of-way line for Walleye Drive, South 60 degrees 39 minutes 12 seconds West, 19.13 feet to an iron pin; thence in and along the same, by a curve to the left on a circle having a radius of 175.00 feet, for an arc distance of 69.23 feet, the chord of which is South 49 degrees 19 minutes 14 seconds West, 68.78 feet to an iron pin in the western right-of-way line for Walleye Drive, the point of BEGINNING. THE above description was taken from a final subdivision plan for North Middle Spring Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, Professional Land Surveyor, which plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 91, at page 61.
