STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS ASHLEY T. KAUFFMAN entered into a contract with
ASHLEY T. KAUFFMAN AND N/A
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc. Dated and intender to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Ashley T. Kauffman.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL that tract of land in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the western right-of-way line for Walleye
Drive at the corner of Lot No. 37 on the hereinafter described subdivision
plan; thence by said Lot No. 37, South 73 degrees 25 minutes 13 seconds
West, 197.08 feet to an iron pin on line of land now or formerly of Wayne
K. Wilhide; thence by said land now or formerly of Wayne K. Wilhide,
North 43 degrees 06 minutes 08 seconds West, 28.33 feet to an iron pin;
thence by same and by land now or formerly of Middle Spring
Presbyterian Church, North 52 degrees 53 minutes 17 seconds West,
235.49 feet to an existing iron pin at corner of land now or formerly of
Roy M. Mellinger; thence by said land now or formerly of Roy M.
Mellinger, North 60 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds East, 272.19 feet to a
set concrete monument at corner of Lot No. 39 on the hereinafter
described subdivision plan; thence by said Lot No. 39, South 10 degrees
42 minutes 14 seconds West, 125.88 feet to an iron pin; thence by same,
South 79 degrees 17 minutes 46 seconds East, 180.96 feet to an iron pin in
the western right-of-way line for Walleye Drive; thence in and along said
right-of-way line for Walleye Drive by a curve to the left on a circle
having a radius of 175.00 feet, for an arc distance of 83.33 feet, the chord
of which is South 02 degrees 56 minutes 17 seconds East, 82.55 feet to an
iron pin in the western right-of-way line for Walleye Drive, the point of
BEGINNING.
THE above description was taken from a final subdivision plan for North
Middle Spring Estates by Eric L. Diffenbaugh, Professional Land
Surveyor, which plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Plan Book 91, at page 61.
THE above described tract is identified as Lot No. 38 on said plan.
