REAS Dorothy J. Richwine died on April 18, 2009, a resident of ~asle, '= `__~`
WHE ~
Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, her Will dated June 13, 2000 was admitted to probate and filed of record as
her last Will with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary were granted xo Francis K. Richwine who qualified as
~a7~ , 2009; and
Executor of the Estate of Dorothy J. Richwine on the r_ day of _~
WHEREAS, certain securities were title in the names of Dorothy J. Richwine and her
husband, Francis K. Richwine, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Francis K. Richwine half of the totagnumber of shareses
to disclaim any and all of the survivorship interest (i.e., one
standing in the name of Dorothy J. Richwine and Francis K. Richwine on April 18, 2009) which
he has in the following asset:
1. 1,244 shares PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. common stock, with all accrued
dividends (one-half being 622 shares, together with accrued dividends on 622 shares).
(hereafter referred to as "Stock Interest").
WHEREAS, 20 Pa. C. S. A. § 6201 permits a disclaimer in whole or in part of an
interest in property devolving to a joint tenant by right of survivorship.
NOW, THEREFORE, I hereby disclaim any anme lof Doroth J~ R chwine and Francis

on behalf of the Estate of Dorothy J. Richwine.
