ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 15th day of July, 2009, upon return of
the citation, there being no objection on behalf of Michael
Fettro and Melva Moyer, respondents and co-executors of the
last will and testament of Melvin E. Fettro, it is ordered
and decreed that any letters testamentary and/or letters of
administration are hereby vacated, and the Register of Wills
is authorized to issue letters of administration on the
estate of Melvin E. Fettro, deceased, to Mark Fettro.
It is further ordered that both Michael Fettro and
Melva Moyer deliver to their successor immediately upon his
appointment any property, books, accounts, papers and moneys
belonging or relating to the estate.
