surviving spouse is three (3) percent [72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1.1) (i)].
For dates of death on or after January 1, 1995, the tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the surviving spouse is zero
(0) percent [72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1.1) (ii)]. The statute does not exempt a transfer to a surviving spouse from tax, and the statutory requirements
for disclosure of assets and filing a tax return are still applicable even if the surviving spouse is the only beneficiary.

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers from a deceased child twenty-one years of age or younger at death to or for the use of a

The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's lineal beneficiaries is four and one-half (4.5) percent,
except as noted in 72 P.S. §9116 1.2) [72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1)].
The tax rate imposed on the net value of transfers to or for the use of the decedent's siblings is twelve (12) percent [72 P.S. §9116 (a) (1.3)]. A
sibling is defined under Section 9102, as an individual who has at least one parent in common with the decedent, whether by blood or adoption.

I, NANCY L. BESIiORE, of East Pennsboro Township, in the County of
Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And first, I direct that my funeral be conducted in manner corresponding with my
estate and situation in life and that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and
satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same
as follows, viz:
I. I hereby grant and bequeath all of my personal property, both tangible and intangible,
wheresoever situate, to my husband, Jacob H. Beshore III.
II. I hereby grant and devise all of my real estate, or any interest that I may have in any real
estate, wheresoever situate, to my husband, Jacob H. Beshore III.

III. In the event of the joint deaths of my ~1' ~.nd myself, such as common disaster, or if my
said husband should predecease me, then I hereby make the following provisions, to wit:
(a) I hereby grant, bequeath and devise all of my personal property, tangible and
intangible, wheresoever situate, and all of my real property, or any interest I
may have in anyreal property, wheresoever situate, equally, share and share
alike to my children, Jessica L. Beshore and Douglas C. Beshore, subject to
the further following expressed conditions, as hereinafter set forth in this
will.
(b) With regard to any real estate, or residence, I expressly provide and
condition, that if either of my children should desire to purchase or acquire
the said real estate, they shall have the option within 90-days from the date of
my death, by means of a competent appraiser appointed by the Attorney for
my Estate, to appraise the same and afford whichever child desires to acquire
any real estate, to purchase the interest of the other child, after all necessary
debts, taxes, expenses are first determined. If the children do not desire to
acquire the said real estate within 90-days to exercise their option, then I
expressly authorize and empower my Executor to sell my real estate, at either
public or private, whichever in his discretion shall be in the best of my estate;
and after the payment of all debts, taxes and costs, the proceeds shall be
divided equally between my said two children.
(c) Be it further granted that Douglas Beshore is bequeathed our coin
collection in its entirety and Jessica Beshore is bequeathed Nancy's jewelry
in its entirety.
And I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint JACOB H. BESHORE
III, my Executrix, and if he predeceases me or is unable to serve, I hereby nominate, constitute
and appoint DOUGLAS C. BESHORE, my Executor, of this last- Will and testament, without
the necessity of posting bond.
