filed by Dennis Hoover, dated and filed on July 16, 2009, for the estate of Valeria H. Nolan IT IS
HEREBY DECREED that the Petitioner shall post surety bond in the amount of $950,000.00.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon proper filing of the Bond of Personal
Representative and the Renunciation of Rodney Hoover, Letters of Administration c.t.a. shall be
granted to Dennis Hoover.
