That more than Alow years are elapsed since the making and filing the a-
bove declaration. 1 hat your petitioner hath never borne any hereditary ti-
tle or been of any of the orders of nobility, and if any such should by means
unexpected descend to him, he doth absolutely and entirely renounce the
same ; that he bath never been heretofore proscribed by any state, or been
legally convicted of having joined the army of Great Britain during the
late war. That he is now ready and desirous to take the necessary oaths
required by the act of congress in such cases provided. Your petitioner
therefore prays "ur bomwirahle court to admit him to berme a citizen of

Being sworn in open court according to law,
