AND NOW, this 20th day of July, 2009, upon consideration of the Petition To Sell
Real Estate filed by Keystone Guardianship Services, and it appearing to the court that an
appraisal would be advisable in this case, the request that the real estate of Winifred D.
Chronister be sold for $50,000.00 without a qualified appraisal is denied, and it is
recommended that a realtor qualified to appraise the property be engaged, with a view to
possibly listing the property with that realtor if the appraisal seems appropriate.
