DOLATOSKI, Owner MUNICIPAL LIEN DOCKET MUNICIPAL CLAIM Township of Hampden ("Claimant") files this Municipal Claim against Alexander R. ("Owner") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by Owner and described as follows: 3604 Market Street Camp Hill, PA 17011 Tax Property Map: 10-21-0275 Parcel No: 095 unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from July 1, 2008 to July 1, 2009. Said services rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and prices charged therefor, said statement being. a true and correct copy of the Owner's account the Claimant, which sum of $423.85 was duly assessed against the above Owner and beginning July 1, 2008 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties in addition thereto attorney's fees pursuant to Hampden Township Code Ordinances Chapter 8, Part 2, Section 209.6 and Chapter 20, Part 1, Section 106.4, as amended, a lien is claimed the above premises in accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, LAW OFFICES SNELBAKER & BRENNEMAN, P.C. 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.
