AND NOW, this 27th day of July, 2009, it
appearing to the Court that a petition has been filed in the
Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia to have a plenary guardian
appointed for Alfred Chapman, these proceedings are stayed
pending the outcome of the Philadelphia action. We will
schedule a new hearing on this petition upon the request of
either party after the Philadelphia guardianship action has been
resolved. In the event that a plenary guardian is not appointed
to represent the interests of Alfred Chapman by the Philadelphia
court, we will appoint a guardian ad litem to represent his
interests in this action.
