I, Andrea Jeffries, an adult individual, being a residuary heir of the Estate of Keturah
L. Renshaw, who died on February 2, 2008, do hereby acknowledge my full and complete
consent to all of the following statements, to wit:
1. In his Last Will and Testamem dated October 10, 2006, which Will has not been
probated and is not expected to ever be probated, Clazence H. Renshaw, the husband of the
said Keturah L. Renshaw who predeceased her on June 13, 2007, provided that his brother,
Gordon R. Renshaw, his nephew, Wayne C. Wafters, and his Masonic organization, the John
Burns Lodge #464, were each to receive certain cash bequests of amounts to be calculated
based upon the total value of his residuary Estate.
2. With the exception of a small amourn of MetLife Common Stock, the value of
which was fully applied towazd his funeral expenses, all assets held by Clazence H.
Renshaw were jointly owned by him and his surviving spouse, Keturah L. Renshaw, as
tenants by the entireties. By law, Keturah L. Renshaw became the sole owner of all of these
assets by the right of survivorship upon the death of Clazence H. Renshaw on June 13, 2007.
3. Thus, there were no assets remaining in Clazence H. Renshaw's residuary Estate
to pay anything towazd any of his intended bequests as outlined above.
4. Although under no legal or other obligation to do so, I, together with the other
seven residuary heirs of the Estate of Keturah L. Renshaw, do hereby voluntarily consent to
the payment of (1) a distribution in the amount of Twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollazs to
Gordon R. Renshaw, (2) a distribution in the amount of Twenty thousand ($20,000.00)
dollars to Wayne C. Wafters, and (3) a distribution in the amount of Five thousand

I, Allison O'Brien, an adult individual, being a residuary heir of the Estate of
Keturah L. Renshaw, who died on February 2, 2008, do hereby acknowledge my full and
complete concern to all of the following statements, to wit:
1. In his Last Will and Testament dated October 10, 2006, which Will has not been
probated and is not expected to ever be probated, Clazence H. Renshaw, the husband of the
said Keturah L. Renshaw who predeceased her on June 13, 2007, provided that his brother,
Gordon R. Renshaw, his nephew, Wayne C. Wafters, and his Masonic organization, the John
Burns Lodge #464, were each to receive certain cash bequests of amounts to be calculated
based upon the total value of his residuary Estate.
2. With the exception of a small amount of MetLife Common Stock, the value of
which was fully applied toward his funeral expenses, all assets held by Clazence H.
Renshaw were jointly owned by him and his surviving spouse, Keturah L. Renshaw, as
tenants by the emireties. Bylaw, Keturah L. Renshaw became the sole owner of all of these
assets by the right of survivorship upon the death of Clazence H. Renshaw on June 13, 2007.
3. Thus, there were no assets remaining in Clazence H. Renshaw's residuary Estate
to pay anything towazd any of his intended bequests as outlined above.
4. Although under no legal or other obligation to do so, I, together with the other
seven residuary heirs of the Estate of Keturah L. Renshaw, do hereby voluntarily consent to
the payment of (1) a distribution in the amount of Twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars to
Gordon R Renshaw, (2) a distribution in the amourn of Twenty thousand ($20,000.00)
dollazs to Wayne C. Wafters, and (3) a distribution in the amount of Five thousand
($5,000.00) dollazs to John Burns Lodge #464, and I request that Lori Cogley Doyle and
Lynn F. Sheffer, Executrices of the Estate, and James T. Baldwin, Attorney for the Estate,
make these distributions utilizing funds from the residuary Estate of Keturah L. Renshaw
and for the express purpose of fulfilling the irnentions of Clarence H. Renshaw.
