RELEASE OF MECHANICS' LIENS
WHEREAS, WE THE SUBSCRIBERS, have erected and furnished
for the erection and construction of a single family residential dwelling on
or piece of ground situate in Hopewell Township, County of Cumberland,
Pennsylvania, being Lot No. 16, 10 Skyview Drive, Shippensburg,
as per deed recorded at Cumberland County Deed Book at Page , to
R. Landi and Angela R. Landi, Owners.
AND WHEREAS, we have agreed to release all Liens which we now
or hereafter may have on the said premises above described, with the
appurtenances above described, by reason of any materials furnished or
be furnished, or work performed or yet to be performed by us, or either or
of us for and towards the erecting and construction of the same.
NOW THESE PRESENTS WITNESS that we, the subscribers, for and
consideration of the premises, and the sum of one dollar to each of us, at
before the sealing and delivery hereof by the said ]eremy R. Landi and
Landi well and truly paid, the receipt whereof we do hereby a
remised, released and forever quit-claimed, and by these presents do
release and forever quit-claim unto the said .leremy R. Landi and Angela R.
and to their heirs and assigns, all manner of liens, claims and demands
whatsoever, which we or any or either of us now have, or might or could
on or against the said premises above described, for work done or yet to
done, or materials furnished, or yet to be furnished, by us or any of us, for )r

about the erection of the messuage aforesaid, or otherwise howsoever, so Ithat
the said ]eremy R. Landi and Angela R. Landi, their heirs and assigns, shal h~ve,
hold and enjoy the said messuage or tenement and ot or piece of ground ~
aforesaid freed and discharged for all liens, claims or demands whatsoever
which we, or either or any of us now have or might have on or against the
